Terms and Conditions of Sale
The owner of the online store ArchiStix.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ ArchiStix (registry code 17045739), located at Põllu tn 4-15, Väätsa alevik, 72801 Türi vald, Järva County, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in the Online Store.
All product prices are shown in euros (€) and are indicated next to the respective product. Delivery costs are added to the product price depending on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The exact delivery cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Information about each product is provided directly on the product page.
Placing an Order
To place an order, please add the desired items to your shopping cart. Then, fill in the required information fields and choose your preferred delivery method.
The total amount payable will be displayed, and payment can be made securely via the following bank links:
- LHV
- Swedbank
- SEB
Note: When paying via bank link, please make sure to click the button “Return to Merchant” after completing your payment to ensure that the transaction is properly confirmed.
If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and all payments made (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the notification date.
Delivery of Goods
Products are delivered via parcel lockers.
The delivery cost is paid by the buyer and displayed next to delivery option.
Domestic (Estonian) deliveries usually reach the destination within 3 business days after the sales agreement takes effect.
Deliveries outside Estonia are made within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise specified.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may extend up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the online purchase agreement within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning — in the same way as allowed in a physical store.
If the product has been used for purposes beyond this or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.
To return a product, please send an e-mail to archistix@archistix.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer, except in cases where the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
The Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided — whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the additional cost of such delivery.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from a sales transaction and reclaim goods if the product price has been displayed significantly below the market value due to an error.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any lack of conformity or defect that existed at the time the goods were handed over to the buyer and that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery.
During the first 12 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by the Online Store.
The buyer must inform the Online Store of any defect within two months of discovering it by sending an e-mail to archistix@archistix.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occurred after the goods were handed over to the buyer.
If the product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the store is responsible, the defective item will be repaired or replaced.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all related payments to the buyer.
All written complaints will be responded to within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and deliver the goods.
Personal data will be shared only with the logistics partners responsible for delivering the order.
The Online Store will send newsletters and promotional offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has given explicit consent.
The buyer can unsubscribe from such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or by writing to archistix@archistix.com.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any concerns, complaints, or disputes regarding the Online Store, please contact us first via e-mail at archistix@archistix.com – we will do our best to find a solution quickly and amicably.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information about filing a complaint is available at https://komisjon.ee.
The buyer may also use the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
